Wags and Walks Dog Rescue
Dr. Shah and his wife Patricia volunteered regularly at Wags and Walks, a non-profit dog rescue organization in Los Angeles dedicated to saving dogs from high-kill shelters and finding them loving forever homes.
Their volunteer work included dog walking, socialization sessions to help shy or anxious dogs become more adoptable, and participating in adoption events. This hands-on involvement helped dozens of rescue dogs find their forever families.
